Our products are customized to the customer's request and specifications and, for this reason, cannot be returned, pursuant to Article 59, letter s of Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the Italian Consumer Code (goods made to measure or clearly personalized).
If you have a problem with your purchase, or if the product received is defective or incorrect with respect to the requested customization, we will replace it free of charge.
