🔹 How can I place an order?
Simply upload the image and/or type the text you'd like engraved, add any notes and instructions, and complete the order directly from the website. Make payment using your preferred method, and you'll receive your purchase within a few days.

🔹 Is this an engraving or a print?
This is a true engraving performed with professional machinery. Unlike work done with inexpensive home and hobby machinery, these engravings are not erased by wear or time.

🔹 Can I get help with my customization?
Absolutely! Contact us on WhatsApp and a representative will answer all your questions, assist you with customization, and even take notes to attach to your order so we can customize it as you requested.

🔹 How should I write a calligraphic dedication?
If you have an old message to engrave, we can restore it, even if it's in poor condition, from any medium. If you need to write a new dedication, for optimal results, follow these tips: take a blank sheet of paper (without lines or squares), a thin pen (no markers), and write your message as naturally as possible, without worrying about writing straight, and only start a new line when convenient. You can also draw, add hearts, symbols, or whatever you like. Once you're finished , take a photo, upload it to the website, or send it to us on WhatsApp . We'll align the message, and if necessary, arrange the text to best fill the shape you've chosen for engraving, even splitting the text across multiple lines. You can also tell us to exclude something from the text, move some elements, or change the order of the words. You can also specify what to engrave on the front and back; the customization is limitless . The final effect will be incredible.

🔹 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and other secure methods indicated at checkout.

🔹 Can I change an order after I've placed it?
It depends on the order status. If engraving hasn't started yet, contact us immediately to check.


📷 Photos and Image Quality

🔹 What type of image should I upload?
The image should be well-lit, as sharp as possible, and taken from the front. For text, preferably use a blank sheet of paper without lines or squares and write with a fine-tipped pen.

🔹 What if my photo isn't perfect?
We can still recover old writing or drawings from cards, damaged photographs, or low-quality images, but for the best results, we recommend providing the best possible file. At checkout, please include a phone number where we can contact you via WhatsApp in case of questions or problems with your order.


📦 Shipping and Processing Times

🔹How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Processing times vary, but we typically take 2-3 days to prepare and ship the product. You'll receive updates via email. If you have a specific timeframe , or need to meet a deadline for a gift or other reasons, please indicate this in the order notes or message us on WhatsApp . We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

🔹 What are the shipping costs and times?
It depends on the destination and shipping method you choose at checkout. Details are displayed before completing your order.

🔹 Can I track my order?
Yes, once shipped, you will receive a tracking code to follow the shipping status.

🔹 Shipping address
You must ensure that the recipient's name appears on both the mailbox and the doorbell at the delivery address , otherwise the package may not be delivered and returned to the sender . If you wish to have your purchase delivered to an office or business, please provide the details of the location where you wish the delivery to take place (e.g., "Mario Rossi AT etc.").
